Spencer Fournier

Spencer began as a work-study student in 2022 and moved into a full-time position after college graduation. Their love of animals started in childhood with a fluffy cat named...Fluffy. That love eventually led them to their sheltering career. 

 

Spencer has a soft spot for spicy cats and challenging dogs. They combine their love of animals and interest in the human-animal bond by facilitating the foster program at ARL. 

 

When not at the shelter, Spencer can be found dock diving or playing flyball with their labrador Cinderblock.
