Pet Food Pantry

We understand that sometimes it can be tough to make ends meet, including providing for our pets. We believe that financial difficulties should never mean having to make the choice between feeding yourself or your pet, or having to make a decision to give up a pet. Our aim is to help alleviate some of the financial burden and ensure that pets stay with their families.

ARLNH offers supplementary food assistance to help pet owners who are struggling to feed their pets. Assistance includes dry and canned food as well as necessary supplies when they are available. To get help, click the buttons below.

ARLNH Distributes Pet Food to the Following Local Food Pantries & Organizations

Please check with the organization directly about accessing their services and pet food through their programs.

How is the Pantry Stocked?

The Pet Food Pantry program relies on donations from individuals in our community to help stock items. ARLNH accepts any brand of new, unopened bags and cans of food. The most requested brands of food are Purina Cat and Dog Food, Friskies Cat Food, and MeowMix. Gift cards to Chewy, Amazon, Walmart, or any pet store mean we can purchase whatever we are most in need of! If you would like to donate to the pantry, donations can be brought to the white donation shed located in the front parking lot at any time.

PetGo Program

We have partnered with Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County to make pet food, supplies, veterinary services, and grooming services more accessible to homebound individuals and their pets.

We know how important pets are to their owners and we're excited to be able to support both our community and pets with this initiative.
