Animal Advocacy
The Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, in conjunction with the other members of the New Hampshire Federation of Humane Organizations, works to shape public policy and promote legislation to protect companion animals in our state. We view animal advocacy as part of our mission to eliminate animal cruelty and to aid in elevating the importance of animal welfare in our community.
How You Can Make a Difference

Learn about animal welfare legislative issues in NH.

Call and/or email your state legislators to be a voice in support of the animals in NH.

Attend public hearings. You simply sign in to designate your position for or against the bill or you can testify either verbally or in a written statement to the committee.
