Jeffrey Adams
Board Member
Jeffrey Adams is an experienced commercial litigator and chair of Devine Millimet’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. He represents banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, and automotive finance companies in consumer financial services litigation, handling cases involving federal statutes like RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, TCPA, and FCRA, as well as state unfair practices laws. Jeffrey also defends lenders in secured and unsecured loan enforcement and has substantial experience in contract, tort, and consumer protection litigation in state and federal courts.
Additionally, he practices family law, assisting clients with divorce, asset division, parenting time, child support, alimony, and guardianship matters. He aims to resolve cases early to minimize disputes, but is prepared to fully litigate when necessary.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his two daughters, skiing, camping, and hiking in New Hampshire. He also coaches youth sports and referees college basketball. Jeffrey joined the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire Board of Directors in 2024.
