Amanda Longo

Amanda Longo is an HR Consultant with BlueLion LLC, where she partners with small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout New Hampshire to provide strategic human resources support. With more than 14 years of experience in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, Amanda is passionate about helping organizations build strong workplace cultures while supporting their employees and missions.

 

Amanda’s career has included roles in education, healthcare, municipal government, and consulting. She began her HR career while living in Colorado as a military spouse before returning to New Hampshire, where she continued to grow her expertise in both public and private sector organizations. She lives in Londonderry with her husband and their three daughters.

 

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys camping, biking the local rail trails, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family. She is also a backyard chicken farmer who loves caring for her flock and sharing that experience with her daughters. A lifelong animal lover, Amanda has always had a deep compassion for animals and believes strongly in promoting their welfare and well-being. She is actively involved in her community and enjoys finding ways to support causes that make a positive difference for both people and animals.

 

Amanda has always believed that strong communities are built through service, compassion, and connection.
