  • Witness cruelty/abuse/neglect, contact your local police department: List of NH Police Departments.

In an emergency situation such as you are witness to an actual act of animal abuse, contact your local policy department immediately: List of NH Police Departments If you have information on suspected animal cruelty/abuse/neglect, call the ARLNH at 603-471-0888 and leave a message with your name, phone number and provide a short description of the situation.
