Pawsitive Helpers

Youth Programming!
Does your child love animals and have an interest in animal welfare? We have the perfect event for them to get involved! We are excited to present Pawsitive Helpers, a humane education learning event! The session will run on May 1st, 9 am-12 pm. This program is open to children aged 9-13 years old.
Pawsitive Helpers offers youth the opportunity to spend time at the ARLNH learning about and experiencing animal welfare hands-on. Pawsivite Helpers is a packed full shelter experience. Some activities include a shelter tour, a humane education lesson, guided small animal care, animal interactions, and enrichment/craft projects. We are excited to provide this learning experience to teach compassion and animal responsibility to youth in our community. Spots are limited, so register early!
Bidding for Paws Virtual Auction for the Animals
May 2nd-9th, 2025
The Animal Rescue League of NH’s fifth annual Bidding for Paws virtual silent auction will be open for online bidding from May 2nd through May 9th, 2025. Join us for a week of fun and exciting online bidding in support of the animals in ARLNH care as well as the programs that improve animal welfare in our communities.

Paws & Poses Yoga
Wednesday, May 14th, 5-6 PM
Join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire for our popular Paws and Poses Yoga Class! On Wednesday, May 14th, from 5 to 6 p.m., enjoy 60 minutes of gentle yoga with shelter pets sponsored by The Yoga and Fitness Loft. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our instructor will guide you through each pose while adoptable animals join in on the fun too! Progressions and modifications will be made to accommodate all participants' needs.
Registration is $20 per person and 100% of the proceeds from Paws and Poses go directly to the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire!
Howl-O-Ween 5K
Saturday, October 18th, 2025
Lace up your sneakers and leash up your dog! The Howl-O-Ween 5K is a dog-friendly run/walk that benefits the Animal Rescue League of NH. You even have the chance to purchase a special timed bib for your dog if you'd like!
Our annual 5K a wonderful opportunity to be active with your whole family, including your dogs. We encourage you to dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and enjoy this award-winning event!
