To Report Lost or Found Pet

If you are unable to report your lost or found pet using the link above please email Monique@rescueleague.org to leave us a message.
Please make sure to include:

1. Pet's Name

2. Breed or Type of Pet (Example: Dog-Great Dane or Cat-Persian)

3. Pet's gender, please note if it has been altered (spayed or neutered)

4. Description of Pet (fur color(s), eye color, any distinguishing features)

5. Was pet wearing a collar?  Did they have tags?  Are they microchipped?
   
   

6. Date and area last seen/found, please include street names and city

7. Your contact info - name, address, and phone number(s)

IMPORTANT: If you have a digital photo, please attach it to your email. Photos help tremendously.
